- 1/2 cups warm milk
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups of bread flour – I personally use all purpose flour
- Add 1/2 cup raisins if you like them.
- Beat eggs, milk and butter
- Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder & salt
- Add wet ingredients
- Pour into a cake pan 9×9
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and adjust oven rack to lower-middle rack position.
Bake for 25 – 30 minutes – check with tooth pick or knife in the center to make sure it done.
